Europe: precision, standards, four-season living.
Europe is where MODUNERA sells today — Germany, the Netherlands, Denmark, Luxembourg and Switzerland for the tiny-house collection — and where project enquiries for resorts, communities and facilities are assessed country by country. Standards are high and different everywhere; that is why feasibility comes before specification.
Project enquiries are assessed for any European destination. The five countries with their own pages carry country guidance, permit sources and delivery figures; for the others, the feasibility step establishes the rules, the route and the local professionals needed. No country is listed as 'served' without a project behind it.
Three tiers, one rule: assessed per project

Country pages with permit sources and delivery figures:
What is the same everywhere
A 2.55 m wide steel-frame unit on a low-loader, fitted out before it leaves the hall, moved by road with a Ro-Ro or ferry leg where the route needs one. The technical documentation of the unit is the same document a permit application in any country refers to.
What changes with the country
Which code applies to a unit on supports, who must sign, what energy performance must be shown, how a campsite or holiday park is licensed, which customs status applies between Türkiye and the destination. The country pages answer this for five markets; the feasibility step answers it for the rest.
Four seasons
Central and Northern European projects are specified for winter occupation or for a winter shutdown — insulation, heating, ventilation with heat recovery, frost-proof water routing — and for the summer the same glass front can turn into: shading and cross-ventilation.
Planning in Europe?
Country, intended use, development stage, number of units, target date and approximate budget. That is enough for us to say what the next technical and commercial step is.
