Housing and public buildings, planned as a programme.
Affordable and workforce housing, classrooms and clinic buildings for public buyers and the contractors who serve them — unit types, land, phasing and infrastructure set out before anything is specified.
The buyer's problem
- Many units, limited budgets and fixed funding windows
- Land and infrastructure that are not ready yet
- Procurement through public tender with strict eligibility rules
- Buildings that must be approved for permanent use
A modular approach
- Repeated unit types to keep production simple
- Masterplan and phases aligned with funding
- Infrastructure and foundations named as local works
- Honest answers on what a tender requires and whether MODUNERA qualifies
Project inputs we need
- Number and type of units
- Land, masterplan and infrastructure status
- Funding and tender route
- Social and shared spaces
- Local permit route
No unit is described as installable without a permit. Approval for permanent housing, schools or clinics is given by the local authority.

Fast answers, clear limits.
That depends on each tender's eligibility rules. Share the tender reference and documents, and the reply says whether and how MODUNERA can take part.
MODUNERA plans and supplies buildings. Roads, utilities and foundations are normally local works.
