Modular building solutions for projects across Africa.
Planning workforce camps, prefabricated housing or site facilities? Share your project brief. MODUNERA evaluates feasibility, specification and export logistics for selected destinations on a project-by-project basis. Africa is not one market: a coastal site in Ghana, an arid site in Namibia and a highland site in Kenya ask different questions of the same module.
MODUNERA assesses project enquiries from selected African markets. There is no delivered MODUNERA project in Africa to show today, and no country is listed as served. What exists is a way of working: the design axes below, a logistics chain from the hall to the site, and a feasibility step that establishes sanctions, export controls, insurance, customs, local permits and partners before any specification.

Design axes, assessed per site
Design evaluation axes, not verified performance and not certificates.
Hot-dry regions
Solar gain, shading, thermal performance, dust filtration, passive ventilation.
Hot-humid regions
Ventilation, condensation, corrosion, coating durability, rainwater management.
Coastal sites
Salt air and corrosion risk in facade, fittings and fixings.
Storm, seismic and flood exposure
Design entirely dependent on local engineering analysis.
Off-grid options
Solar PV with storage, generator integration, clean-water storage and treatment, wastewater — capacity and approval required.
Public facilities
Accessibility, hygiene, safety and operating requirements of schools, clinics and administrative buildings — the operator's licence, not the building's.
