What happened
The municipality reported that the plots in this part of Vinge had been taken up and that construction was under way. These are municipally offered serviced plots for tiny houses, not individual dispensations.
The municipality has since dealt with Vinge in its council work. We therefore cite both the October 2025 news item and the later minutes, so the reader can see the development rather than only the starting point.
What it means for a buyer
MODUNERA's reading, not a statement by the cited authority.
What is interesting for a buyer is the combination: serviced plots, a local plan that permits the use, and a municipality that set the framework itself. That removes the three questions which otherwise take longest — use, services and access.
It does not mean the same model applies elsewhere. A municipally arranged subdivision is exceptional in the sense that someone did the planning work in advance. On an ordinary plot that work still has to be done.
Not a permit guarantee
This item reports on a named project in a named place. It says nothing about what is permitted on your plot. The authority responsible for your site decides, in writing, before you order.
