Route, paperwork, crane and the last hundred metres.
By road, in part by Ro-Ro or ferry depending on destination and route. All eight models stay on a 2.55 m base width so that transport remains ordinary; above that, exceptional permits, sometimes escorts and fixed time windows would be required.
The route follows from destination, dimensions, mass and access. Scandinavian destinations usually include a ferry leg, Central European ones a pure land route. Which chain applies to your project is stated in the quotation together with the assumptions behind it.
The delivery price is calculated per project and issued with its assumptions: route, transport mode, ferry legs, time window and the date of the freight quotation. The price comparison on this site is budget orientation; the binding figure is the line in the quotation.
Transport to the agreed handover point is included. Crane, manoeuvring aids, ground mats for soft ground, road closures, foundation and connections are normally not. The exclusions are stated explicitly in the quotation so that they do not appear on delivery day.
Commercial invoice, packing list, transport document and the certificate required for the movement of goods. If one of them is missing the shipment stops at the border and the costs keep running. Ask for a copy of the complete set before departure.
Within the customs union it evidences free-circulation status for the goods categories concerned. It is not proof of origin, it does not replace correct tariff classification, and it does not remove import VAT. Reading it as "then nothing is payable" produces a wrong calculation.
From your photographs and dimensions: entrance width, turning circle, height under branches and cables, ground bearing capacity and the standing position for the crane. Send those before the order is confirmed — a tight access is solvable, but only if it is known in time.
A crane almost always; the foundation follows the ground. Screw piles are quick and reversible in firm sand, but in soft ground they have to go deep and then cost more than a strip footing. A soil probe before the quotation settles it.
