The glass build-up is fixed per model; Ug and Uw values and the manufacturer's declaration are attached to the quotation. On large panorama areas the summer solar gain is considered alongside the winter heat loss, because both concern the same surface.

Year-round use is an execution, not a product property. It requires the insulation build-up, airtightness, ventilation with heat recovery, freeze protection on the water system, and a heating capacity sized against the design temperature for the destination. That sizing is done per project and documented.

In a well-insulated compact volume the smallest available heat pump is usually already sufficient, and it reverses for cooling in summer. A wood stove is possible as a supplement and requires a compliant flue, combustion air and dry storage. The decision is taken together with the insulation, before production.

Two people release several litres of water vapour a day. In seventy cubic metres that does not dilute, so the ventilation runs continuously at a low rate rather than occasionally at a high one. Heat recovery keeps most of the heat in the house; two filter changes a year are the entire maintenance routine.

Consumption depends on the build-up, glazed area, site climate, use and number of occupants, and only becomes meaningful once those five are fixed. A demand calculation is produced for your configuration and destination; a general consumption figure would not be reliable for your project.

Yes, and they are sized against winter demand rather than the annual average. The limiting factor is rarely electricity but wastewater: that needs a sewer connection or an approved treatment solution. It is settled before the model is chosen.
