For Europe the installation is designed for 230 V / 50 Hz and executed halogen-free. Connection, protection and testing in the destination country are carried out by a locally licensed electrician to the standard that applies there — final sign-off sits with the local electrician, not the manufacturer.

The house comes with the wiring diagram, the record of the factory test and the list of installed components. The certificate valid in the destination country is issued by the locally licensed electrician after connection. Those two documents together are what an insurer and a later buyer ask for.

The connection points are marked on the setting-out drawing and agreed with you before production, because after that the runs sit inside the floor and the walls. Whoever prepares the slab or the screw piles needs that drawing — otherwise the digging happens on delivery day.

Through three measures: trace heating on the critical runs, an accessible drain-down point, and routing the pipework inside the insulated envelope wherever possible. For longer vacancies the system is drained; where the house is let, that belongs in the property file as a written procedure with a named person.

Yes. Tanks are sized on days between fills rather than on a litre figure, and the fresh and grey sides are matched to each other. Both need an accessible drain and a position that will not freeze in winter.
