The houses are built in Türkiye to MODUNERA's specification and delivered to Germany, the Netherlands, Denmark, Luxembourg and Switzerland. The facility, the ownership or operating relationship, and which steps are carried out in-house and which are bought in, are evidenced with the site documentation and attached to the quotation on request.
In seven steps: sign-off of layout and specification, chassis and frame, envelope, windows and doors, building services, interior fit-out and furniture, final inspection and loading. Each step has an approval point; anything changed after it is a variation with a consequence for programme and price.
The build period does not start at the deposit but at the final sign-off of layout and specification — that is the point at which procurement begins. The actual duration is stated in the order confirmation; it depends on the model, the degree of customisation and the availability of the chosen components.
Yes. At the agreed approval points you receive photographs of the state of the build. The images before the walls are closed matter most — frame, insulation and vapour control layer cannot be inspected afterwards, and those photographs are exactly what an insurer or a later buyer asks for.
A visit is arranged by appointment, because it has to fall in a production phase where your house is actually visible. Ask for a date over WhatsApp; access, safety requirements and accompaniment are confirmed in advance.
Before loading, dimensions, execution, services, the tightness of connections, appliance function and completeness against the order are checked and recorded. The record travels with the house and is the basis for the acceptance inspection on arrival.
